One of the best ways to avoid corporate discrimination is by having a Code of Conduct that everyone in the organisation adheres to, from the last intern to the CEO.
I write about this because Lunduke's last rag is running around. In it he denounces that a German company allegedly discriminated Jewish workers.
In that situation he would have been protected if a CoC was in place, which is quite ironic, as he has been one of the most loud antagonists of CoCs in the tech sphere. 1/2
